Preventative Pet Wellness Care
The saying goes “an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.” The best investment that you can make in your dog or cat’s health and well-being is a routine wellness examination. These are important, because they allow us to establish a baseline of their overall health, so that we can quickly see if something goes amiss. We treat every single pet and person who walks through our front doors like family, because we believe you deserve no less.
Compassion Animal Hospitals entire team is amazing. Each member of their staff is deeply compassionate in every situation. They will go out of their way to make sure your family member receives the best possible care. Thank you Dr. Anne and your entire staff for always being wonderful.
I love the Dr. Anne and the techs at Compassion Animal Hospital! We started bringing our dogs to her shortly after she started the practice, and I never question if my dogs are treated with their best interests in mind. From several surgeries, for anything from lumps and bumps to tooth extractions, to emergency visits because of ripped nails, torn paw pads, or scary bumps, or even our Mauser’s last rally, they’ve been there for our dogs and for us. We drive from near Strinestown to the office because I trust Dr. Anne.
I am so thankful to have been able to bring my dog Samson here. He is very nervous to begin with. Dr. Mike and Kayla have done an amazing job with him so far. I would recommend them to anyone.
What To Expect
The first step is to give us a call to schedule your examination!
During your pet’s exam, we will take basic measurements – such as their weight, temperature, listen to their heart, etc. We will then conduct a full nose-to-tail examination where we carefully study each of their major bodily systems.
This is also a great opportunity for us to answer any questions you might have about your pet’s wellness, and to help you set healthy habits.
