Michelle

Michelle is our Pharmacy Technician and part of our Customer Service Team. She is a wiz at multi-tasking. She has received training for providing top notch customer care, financial resolution, Fear Free level 2, Companion Therapy Laser, and various veterinary pharmaceutical courses. She is invaluable and a pillar to our training staff. When she's not in the office she's tending to her chickens, relaxing out on the boat, or spending time with her family and personal pets.

Shannon

Shannon has been with us since 2010 as our Lead Receptionist. She has a special knack for assisting others which makes her a perfect fit for our team. Her positive energy and can-do attitude is infectious. She loves all animals but she is definitely more of a cat person. During her off time she loves getting lost in a good book and spending quality time with her twin girls.

Pharmacy Technician

Lisa offers us some weekend relief assistance in the reception and pharmacy department. However, her experience spans over all areas of the hospital. She has completed Companion Therapy Laser training.
